As soon as the scorpion exhaust is ready I'm getting it. I've seen pictures of it on the GSR model and it looks great. I like how it tapers off toward the front. In euros it's only 299€ so thinking about $350 once it hits the states. My wife is for the blue/white model so thinking I might go that route. I sat on a white model in Spain two weeks ago and if the states had white I'd get that instead.

Had a chance for a small ride today and like the sound of my exhaust. A bit louder than stock (ran with db killer installed) but at low speeds get a real bass type sound.
Here is the white one.

Thanks. Had to order from Italy. Arrow has complete systems available at approx $1000.00. Too much for my budget and I like the idea of just changing the can.

Sadly not tons of options for the gsxs yet... called two bros and they said they aren't planning on making an exhaust for our bike... :/ said they figured it wouldn't be popular enough

So since the GSX is actually a GSR in Europe is it safe to say just order exhaust for the GSR and have it shipped to the states? Love the Scorpion exhaust look since it gets slimmer toward the mid pipe and its 299€ the cheapest I've seen it. The white GPR exhaust would look nice too on a white GSX if only the states had that color. I have a picture of me sitting on one in Spain from a few weeks back. Very clean looking and the option I would go with if we had it. Blue and white might have to do. Attachments:

Bike has been out a few years and there are a number of parts available for it. The only thing I would stay away from is fuel management systems. In a lot of cases, European bikes have more HP than the ones in NA and I would be hesitant in installing a European based Power Commander.

Cool to know on power commander. Main thing I want is a slip on exhaust which that's straight forward I'd hate to buy it for the GSX and be my luck it wouldn't link up. But in regards to that slim chance if it's a Ready out for the GSR I'd take a call and just order it. So in that case looks like as soon as I get stateside and get this bike I'll be ordering myself a Scorpion exhaust or I could order it a couple weeks out and have it ready the first night I get my bike

Had to loosen lower clamp and remove nut and bolt from muffler mount. With my new muffler I had to remove the rubber grommet and metal insert from passenger peg mount. New muffler came with aluminum inserts for the peg mount. The original bolts were hex, new ones were Allen key with one hex nut. Original pipe gasket was not used. Replacement pipe was smaller diameter. Total deal took 2.5 weeks from ordering and receiving. Was shipped a week after ordering. Took 5 days to make it in country. Took another 6 days(including a weekend) for shipping company to deliver here. I had to pay tax and brokerage fee before it was transferred to another carrier that serviced my area. Original company that the seller used was DHL.
